Unity HDRP has a very particular style it creates MaskMaps. For teaching that and the concept of channel packing to students I created a Skateboard asset that shows off different sides of the PBR texturing workflow and shows how to export a model and textures into the Unity HDRP from Blender.
I call it the Lorem Ipsum - Skateboard.
